Job Role

Work within a Project Management Office or directly with Programme/Project Managers to support the Management, Monitoring and Delivery of multiple projects, within Ntegra or for our Clients.

Working within agreed processes and procedures of the Programme/Project and the wider company environment. This role would involve defining and documenting new processes where necessary and establishing the tools and structures needed to support them.

The role is expected to cover:

Planning & Scheduling – Monitoring project progress and deliverables against plans and the scheduling of resources to match requirements.  Monitoring project budgets against actual costs and planned expenditure

Governance – Ensuring project processes are followed and that all necessary logs and reports are produced to ensure effective Risk & Issue Management, Change Management and project status reporting

Skills

Experience

Work in a similar role, ideally within a large corporate environment, telco/finance/ Retain.  For senior roles, experience of leading and/or setting up a Project Management Office; Project Management. Formal PMO or Project Management qualifications is also an advantage.
